Waitlist Now Open

Thank you so much for your interest — it really means a lot.

At the moment, my books are full and I’m not currently able to take on new clients.
However, you're welcome to join the waitlist by completing the form below.

This helps me understand your needs and preferences, so I can reach out when a suitable appointment becomes available. Myself, or my wonderful admin Cody, will be in touch when an appointment becomes available.

What Working Together Looks Like

1

Complete Form

I usually start with a new client form, but as I’m currently at capacity, you’ll find a waitlist form linked below instead.

This helps me get to know you, understand your needs, and ensure I can provide the best possible support. I have specific areas of speciality, and if I feel that another practitioner would better meet your needs, I’ll let you know before booking — because your time, energy, and money matterI want you to feel supported by the right person for your journey.

Once submitted, your form will be safely stored on my waitlist.
When a suitable appointment becomes available, I (or my wonderful admin Cody) will reach out to offer you a spot.

Initial Appointment

All first appointments are 50–60 minutes. If you feel you’d benefit from an extended 90-minute initial assessment to cover more ground, especially for complex cases, please reach out to arrange this.

My brain work best with detail — like piecing together a jigsaw puzzle of your life. In our first session, I’ll take the time to understand your day-to-day life, clinical and medical history, and your relationship with food and body over time. We won’t be able to cover everything in one session, but this is an ongoing process that unfolds over time. We’ll also chat about what you’re currently eating, but all questions are optional, always — you’re in control of what you feel comfortable sharing in every session together.

Review Appointments

Follow-up appointments are 50 or 25 minutes. These sessions check in on what’s working, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust support as needed.

Recovery, nutrition, and life with food evolve. Follow-ups help explore what’s feeling easier, where you’re stuck, and what might help next. Some focus on practical skills like meal planning, food adequacy & variety, or executive functioning. Others dive into deeper work —body image, self-compassion, or emotions behind eating.

No matter where you’re at, these sessions meet you where you are and tailor support to your needs —because progress isn’t about perfection; it’s about finding what works for you.

Client Care & Booking Policies

Eating Disorder Clinical Support Policy:

Eating disorders are complex and can impact both physical and mental health in significant ways. While I provide nutritional therapy and support as a dietitian, I am not a medical or mental health professional — and I cannot safely hold the entirety of this work on my own.

For this reason, it is a requirement that all clients engaging with me for eating disorder support are also actively linked in with:

  • A regular GP for ongoing medical monitoring, and

  • A mental health clinician (such as a psychologist or psychiatrist) for therapeutic support

This shared care approach ensures:

  • Your physical health and medical risks are being closely monitored

  • You have emotional and psychological support for the deeper work of recovery

  • I am able to work within my scope in a way that is ethical, sustainable, and safe for both of us

If you're not currently connected with a GP or mental health clinician, you're welcome to use the ANZAED Clinician Directory to search for Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinicians across Australia. I understand that building your care team can take time, and for us to continue working together, these supports need to be in place.

Thank you for understanding the shared responsibilities that make this work sustainable and safe.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:

I deeply value the relationship and commitment that recovery and nutritional care require — from both of us. Appointments are a dedicated time set aside just for you. With limited availability, short-notice cancellations often mean that someone else who is struggling and waiting for support misses out on care they may have otherwise accessed.

Cancellations also directly affect the sustainability of my small practice. My time, energy, income — and ability to avoid burnout — are closely tied to each appointment. This policy is one of the ways I protect the integrity of the care I offer and support myself to continue showing up fully.

To ensure fairness and keep the practice running sustainably, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies:

  • More than 2 business days’ notice: no fee

  • Within 2 business days: 50% of the session fee

  • Within 1 business day or non-attendance: 100% of the session fee

These timeframes help ensure there’s enough notice to offer your appointment to someone else in need of care.

No one likes cancellation fees — they’re uncomfortable to enforce, and I know they’re not enjoyable to pay either. They exist to protect the time, energy, and emotional labour that goes into this work, and to reduce burnout from carrying an unpredictable schedule. This work means so much to me, and I’d offer it for free if I could — but as a small business, this is how I continue to do what I love while supporting the people who need it.

This policy applies to all reasons for cancellation (unless there is a serious emergency), rescheduling, or non-attendance. Applying it consistently helps support fairness, emotional clarity, and a safe container for the work I do with all clients.

Your understanding helps me continue to show up for this work in a way that’s grounded, thoughtful, and sustainable — for both of us.
